As of the writing of this blog, over 100 million Americans are currently under a stay-at-home order.  Prior to the COVID-19 crisis, the average American spent about 4 hours a day in their home.  Under current restrictions, it’s safe to assume that the number of hours spent in our homes has at least TRIPLED. And the number #1 reason to invest in a good pair of house shoes is… Shoes correct your posture and support overall health.  Make sure that you don’t compromise on your house shoe.  A house shoe doesn’t need to break the bank, but make sure the shoe has some orthotic attributes such as arch support and other aspects that enhance your walking gait.  The key is to wear a pair of shoes that help reduce stress on your body and support overall health.
